Below is a step-by-step guide on how to create a new person on your intelliHR platform. You can also create a User Account and Job for the employee at this point by selecting New User and Continue to Create Job as part of the below process. For further information on creating the user account and job please refer to the guides: How to create a job and How to create a user account for an existing employee.
To create a new person on your intelliHR platform:
1. Navigate to People (menu on the sidebar).
2. Select Create New Person.
3. Enter the personal details, ensuring all required fields are completed.
- Last Name is a mandatory field and must be populated before continuing.
- Drop down lists for, Title, Gender and Work Rights can be amended in the Settings section prior to completing the form (See Settings guide for more information or contact your system administrator for additional help).
4. Select Create Person Only.
