If you have direct reports, your Dashboard will show their names here as well as any people transitioning in or out of your team in the next 7 days. This section shows everyone in your team by name and role. You can access a person’s profile directly from the Dashboard by clicking their name.
My Team Overview
The Direct Reports view displays the employees that report directly to you. This allows you to conveniently access their profiles as well as track their progress against key metrics directly from your dashboard. The Team Overview will also flag any employees on extended leave, as well as transitions in and out of your team.
Flags on a person in this section help you to keep track of your people. A team member on extended leave will have a yellow circle displayed beside their name.
The Transitions section shows all the comings and goings in your team. This section will only be visible if you have people joining or leaving within the next week, or people who have left in the past 7 days.
My Team Tiles
The Tasks, Goals, Training and Qualification tiles for managers work in a similar way to the individual ones, displaying information for the entire team rather than a single person. When you click into these tiles, you’ll see the same details as your own, organised by person.
These tiles give you access to searchable lists, organised by team member. Here you can see how your team’s Goals are going overall, spot any training opportunities, know who has (or hasn’t) completed their system Tasks and ensure Qualification compliance. Checking Qualification compliance can be done through monitoring mandatory Qualifications not evidenced and reviewing those that are expiring soon.
