To help personalise the system you are able to add Profile Pictures. This picture will be displayed in the following places:
- On the Dashboard when you first enter the site.
- In the People Directory next to the name of the employee.
- On the Profile tab of the employee.
To Upload a Profile Picture:
1. Navigate to My Profile.
2. Hover over the grey circle next to your name, and select Add Photo.
3. Click to browse your computer for the image, or drag and drop the profile picture into this box.
4. Pan, zoom or rotate to adjust your profile picture using the tools on screen.
5. When you are happy with the profile picture select Set Profile Picture.
Tip: You can also upload your profile picture from your dashboard by navigating to the quick help menu in the top right of the screen and selecting Upload Profile Picture. All other steps are the same.
Note: The platform supports any image file type, including but not limited to: jpeg and png.
