Depending on the industry you work in there may be a need for employees to hold certain qualifications. These qualifications can now be recorded and monitored for compliance purposes in your intelliHR system.
To manage mandatory requirements for employees:
1. Navigate to the profile of the employee you wish to manage qualifications for.
2. Select the Qualifications tab on their profile.
3. Select ‘Fill In’ on the mandatory qualification.
4. Complete the qualifications details.
- Issuing Organisation
- Registration number - If applicable
- Depending on how the qualification library type has been set up by the system administrator this field may be required/optional or not relevant and therefore missing.
- Issue Date
- Expiry Date - If applicable
- Depending on how the qualification library type has been set up by the system administrator this field may be required/optional or not relevant and therefore missing.
- Notes - This section can be used to record any additional notes about the qualification.
5. If you wish to attach a file e.g. a scanned copy of the document you can either drag and drop this in the field indicated or click on this area to browse for the file on your computer. All file types are accepted.
Note: User account permissions will control who can submit qualifications to an employee record. Please speak to the Customer Success team regarding the permissions you wish to set up.
