To help personalise the system, you are able to add profile pictures. This picture will be displayed in the following places:
- On the dashboard when you first enter the site.
- In the People Directory next to the name of the employee.
- On the profile tab of the employee.
- However, you may wish to amend or remove this profile picture over time.
To Change or Remove your Profile Picture:
1. Navigate to My Profile.
2. Hover over the profile picture on the left hand side of the screen. The message Change Picture will appear.
3. To completely remove the image select Remove Image.
You will be asked to confirm you wish to delete the image and if so, select Yes, Remove.
4. To change the picture select Upload a Picture.
- This will ask you to browse for the image file or drag and drop it in exactly the same way as when you added your profile picture (See How to Upload a Profile Picture).
Tip: You can also change your profile picture from your dashboard by navigating to the quick help menu in the top right of the screen and selecting Upload Profile Picture. All other steps are the same.
Note: The platform supports any file type, including but not limited to: jpeg and png.
