In the compliance section you can manage extended leave. This is designed for leave, generally two weeks or more, and could include workplace injury, maternity or parental leave. It is recommended that you check this section at least once per week depending on the size of your organisation to maintain accurate records.
To Finalise an Employee's Return Date
1. Navigate to the Compliance >> Extended Leave
2. Select Finalise Return beside the person you wish to return.
3. You will then be prompted to confirm the employee's Return Date and their FTE after returning from leave.
4. Click Save
5. This will trigger a 'Return from Extended Leave' workflow. Update any fields required and select Apply or Skip if you do not wish to send a workflow.
Note: If the employee has any direct reports, you will need to reassign them from their own profile pages by changing job attributes.
