Depending on the industry you work in there may be a need for employees to hold certain qualifications. These qualifications can be recorded and monitored for compliance purposes in your intelliHR system.
To Manage Mandatory Requirements for Employees:
1. Navigate to My Profile >> Qualifications.
2. Scroll down to see any mandatory qualification requirements that have been set for you.
3. Select Fill In to the right of the mandatory qualification line.
4. Complete the qualifications details.
- Issuing Organisation
- Registration number
- Issue Date
- Expiry Date
5. Select Submit for Approval or Save Draft if incomplete. If submitted the qualification will be awaiting approval from the compliance manager. If saved as a draft you will be able to return to the qualification to complete any missing details.
