The Form Design feature in your intelliHR platform allows you to add images, videos and links into the HTML fields. Using the HTML editor tool it is possible to create fields with HTML content with little or no knowledge of HTML.
However, the purpose of this article is to provide a few basic HTML shortcuts so that you can make further amendments to the HTML content if required.
Please feel free to contact the Customer Success Team for further assistance amending your form designs.
To add HTML to your Form Design:
Navigate to Form Design >> Edit >> Add Field >> HTML Content
Below is a list of several options you can use when adding HTML to your forms.
1. Aligning Images and Videos on Forms
Once a video or image has been inserted into the HTML content, this will be aligned on the left by default. If you wish to align the image/video in the centre or on the right, select the align icon on the top line of the editor tool and select the alignment you require.
<p><center><img src="https://master-large-demo.intellihr.net/files/5bba6544-57f0-4542-afc8-3dd046a922bd" style="width: 300px;" class="fr-fic fr-dib"><center></p>
2. Create different size headings
<h1>h1. This is a very large header.</h1>
<h3>Main Heading <small>Smaller Heading greyed out</small></h3>
In addition to the above, there are several simple HTML instructions below if you are comfortable using these.
Tip: Using the HTML editor tool is the easiest way to amend the HTML in your form designs. However, if you do not wish to use the tool it is possible to to add HTML content fields to a new form design by reusing the HTML used in other forms already in the system. For example, if you wish to add a callout box/warning field similar to the image in the text above this can be found in the 'Check-In' form already in your system. You will be able to navigate to the relevant HTML field in the original form, copy the code and paste this into your new form, editing only the black text to amend the written statement.
