When you add a training event to an employee's profile, the platform not only counts the direct costs, but now factors in the number of hours spent in that training session, multiplied by the employee's hourly rate.
Monetary Cost of Training
The monetary cost of training can now be separated into the direct training/course cost and the employee time cost. The two values are added together to display the total financial investment as can be seen below:
