Releasing a new feature is a big deal for us, so we like to let people know what it is and how it will help. As well as new features, we are also hard at work making enhancements to the features you already know and love.
Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.
Attrition Cross Filtering
Our latest update to the analytics suite comes in the form of cross filtering attrition analytics. We've now combined our previous attrition analytics into one useful report that allows you to filter your overall attrition by employee and manager reasons. This opens up some powerful insights to help you better understand movements of employees out of your business, especially identifying any patterns that may need further attention.

As some of you may have noticed, the job’s tab now has a whole new look and feel, including the new job timeline feature. You can toggle between the current and timeline view by clicking on the relevant button in a person's job tab. The timeline allows you to track changes that have been made to various job attributes over time, so you can see when certain attributes have been effective from.

People and Job Data Export
This one is based off of feedback from a few of our customers all of whom wanted a better way to access their people and job data. System Administrators will now have the ability to export people and job data from the system into a csv file. This will result in system administrators having the flexibility to quickly and easily access the people and job data for lots of employees at one time. To do this, simply jump into ‘People,’ and click ‘Export People.’

Hourly Rate Displaying on the Remuneration Schedule
The newest addition to the ‘Jobs’ tab affects employees who work on an hourly rate rather than salary. For these employees, their profile will now display the hourly rate under the remuneration schedule. Prior to this, hourly rate was inputted, but not displayed. Total package is calculated by Hourly Rate x Hours Per Cycle + Additions (optional).

We have added in ‘status tags’ so that those with the appropriate permissions can use them as a quick reference guide as to an employee’s status in the company. These are visible on the person profile, and also on the org chart.
We have colour coded the tags to represent different events as follows:
Yellow: Extended Leave
Cyan: Exiting Staff
Blue: Upcoming/Returning Staff
Grey: Past Staff
