However, even if the number of zaps used with intelliHR is minimal it is worth noting that the business may have a use for Zapier exclusive of your work with intelli that may inform your decision regarding the Zapier plan chosen. If you have a technical team we recommend including them in the discussion regarding Zapier usage. The article below is designed to provide a rough guide of potential pricing plans and the types of integrations (specific to intelli) that can be performed at each level.

Zapier Pricing
Zapier offers many different plans to cater for different levels of integration and automation needs.
- The Free Version allows you to create zaps for free by just creating an account. However, you will be limited to 5 single-step zaps per month.
- For example, 5 changes are made to remuneration data on intelli and 5 emails are sent to the appropriate email address. After these 5 zaps if any further rem changes occur Zapier will notify you that no further zaps will be sent as you have used your quota for the month.
- The Starter Plan allows you to have up to 20 zaps with multiple steps per month. This plan also allows you to use 3 premium apps and some apps built by Zapier.
- This version also allows you to include logic in your zaps; for example, if the employee whose remuneration data has changed is in business unit 'X' send the notification to email address 1, whereas if they are in business unit 'Z' send the notification to email address 2.
- The Professional Plan allows you to do various things within Zapier, including unlimited zaps with multiple steps. Additionally, Paths, a Zapier app is also available, which allows you to create custom logic for zaps. This plan also offers a 2 minutes update time instead of 15, meaning each zap can happen in the space of 2 minutes
Zapier Workflows
Below are several examples of the types of integrations that would be possible under each Zapier plan. The list is not exhaustive but designed to give you an idea of the types of things you could do with intelli and Zapier at each plan level.
Free Plan (5 zaps /month)
- A simple one-step notification workflow
- Job Remuneration Update or Job Update Scheduled email notification
- A new person starting notification to payroll
- A calendar event to be created for specific events (new person/ job and job change)
- A new person created automatically creates new user accounts on other software, such as an LMS.
Starter Plan (20 zaps /month)
- A multi-step notification workflow
- Job Remuneration Update Scheduled or Job Update Scheduled email notification (with filters and formatted dates and numbers included)
- A new person starting email notification to either payroll or to others (with filters and formatted dates and numbers included)
- A calendar event to be created for certain events (new person/ job and job change)
- A multi-step workflow to fill templates and deliver (Job change file, contract, etc)
- New person/job created fills in a template (e.g. from G Drive) with both people and job information which can be delivered via email integration (extra step, same zap).
- New person/job created fills in a template (e.g. from E-Signing Software) with both people and job information which can be delivered either via the software used or email integration (extra step, same zap).
Professional Plan (Unlimited zaps /month)
- A multi-step notification workflow
