Releasing a new feature is a big deal for us, so we like to let people know what it is and how it will help. As well as new features, we are also hard at work making enhancements to the features you already know and love.
Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.
Welcome to Zapier!
We have plenty of exciting additions coming to the platform this year and we can’t wait to tell you about them! For the January edition of our feature release, we will be going through our new integrations and what they entail. We will also give you a quick rundown on what we have going on in the first few months this year.
What is Zapier
If you’re not already acquainted, then we are pleased to introduce you to our newest integration tool, Zapier! Our integration with Zapier serves as a connection from our platform to other technologies that you may/or wish to be utilising within your business. Zapier is an online automation tool that connects applications together to automate repetitive tasks that have previously been needlessly time-consuming.
Can you give me some examples of integrations?
We absolutely can! Some of the integration that we have facilitated with Zapier include using learning management systems (LMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Using our partner GO1 as an example for an LMS, if you were to complete some training on their platform, the training log would pull through to the intelliHR system and appear in your training completed area. If you’re utilising an ATS and you hire a person, the information will pull through to intelliHR and trigger an onboarding workflow! How good is that?!

I’m sure you’ve all noticed that we’ve been pumping out the new features left right and centre. While this is an amazing feat, it’s time for our devs to take some times to take care of our system’s back end. So you may not see as many flashy new updates to the system over the next few months, but you may notice things looking a little different and acting a little bit faster and smoother. This will also serve as a chance for us to create a new tech baseplate to introduce even more exciting and useful updates going in 2020! And we can’t wait to show you what’s on our roadmap!
