Peer feedback is an invaluable way to enhance learning and development within your business, which is why we have developed the Request Feedback feature for Goals. Employees can request feedback and advice on how to improve future targets or work from those who they have collaborated with to achieve their goals. For those providing feedback this is an invaluable way to help their teammates develop and grow by offering constructive and honest feedback on their recent work.

By providing specific and constructive advice, you can be an integral part of the learning and development process, as well as in the fostering of a learning culture in your organisation.
Please note, the feedback provided will be visible to the team member and their supervisor, it will also be shared back with the respondents leader, so they may reach out with any follow up needed.
Your Form will be sent to you via email and can also be found in the My Outstanding Forms tile on the Dashboard.
