A Pulse can be used to reach any group of employees with a form instance at the time you choose. They can be scheduled in advance or set to be recurring using Forms from your Form Design library (See Form Section for more details). You can create a new Pulse to reach any group of employees with a form instance at the time you choose.
Recurring pulses are a type of pulse that are sent out regularly, based on the schedule you choose. They are useful for automating processes that happen regularly, such as monthly performance-related feedback, or annual policy and compliance reviews. You can set a recurring pulse to occur as frequently as you need.
