Being able to track your logged support requests will help save time when you need assistance with a previously raised query. If you need further assistance or have more questions related to your query, you can reply on the same request, keeping all your information in one thread.
How to track your support request
1. To track your support requests you need to be on intelliHR's online knowledge base which can be found here: https://intellihr.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
2. Once on the knowledge base, you will need to sign in. You will see the sign-in option in the top right corner.
3. If you have not currently got a login you will need to Sign up.
4. To sign up you will need to click sign up at the bottom of the sign-in page, enter your name and email and then you will be instantly signed in.
5. Once you're signed in click your profile icon and your name on the upper-right side of the page for it to drop down and then click My activities.
6. My requests will appear on the page.
7. Here you will see previous logged support requests.
8. Click on the subject title and it will open your previous support request.
9. You can reply to the request ticket for further assistance if you have more questions relating to your query.
