Pulses serve the unique function of issuing a single form design to multiple employees at your business. The Pulses tab will enable you to view both Upcoming pulses that are scheduled to send in the future and completed pulses under the Done tab.
By selecting a specific pulse, a more detailed view of the pulse settings is provided which includes the following insights:
- The Form Design sent
- The Assigned Respondent Type of this Form
- Triggered Forms that will be sent upon Form Completion
- A breakdown of the Pulse Filters which determine the subject of the form sent
- the list of the forms issued and relevant status update to inform the System Administrator of its completion
This is an excellent area to manage form completion as further actions can be taken to promote the completion of forms using the ellipsis button to the right of each form.

What is it?
A workflow is a customized series of Form Designs that can be automatically triggered to issue to an employee at your organization based on both predetermined system events and customized HR processes that are set within your business.
Workflows are characterized by the necessity for HR to collect a variety of information or data from a single employee during an employment event where a uniform date cannot be pre-determined therefore requiring more flexibility in scheduling. A great example of such an event is Onboarding or Offboarding where similar data needs to be collected for each employee but the event date ranges widely in this scenario.
There are over 20 workflow templates provided with your intelliHR system that can be customized to your business needs:
