Administrators will be able to add triggers in Teamtailor that automatically send a candidate's profile to the "People" section in their intelliHR platform.

What will the integration do?

Data Mapping
The only required information to set up a person from the Teamtailor application to your intelliHR app is a candidates last name. However you can also add the following information to the candidate card and they will also be sent when the trigger is activated.

⚠️ Note: Any item noted with an asterisk (*) means that a custom field will need to be built into the Candidate card on Teamtailor. To add a custom field to the candidate card in Teamtailor, please read the following support article.
If a candidate card in Teamtailor also has a Resume or supporting documents, this will be sent automatically when the trigger is activated and dropped into Documents Tab of the new starters intelliHR record.
How do I get started?
To enable the integration, you first have to connect your existing intelliHR account through Teamtailor's Marketplace page. Once in the marketplace, click on the intelliHR card and press Activate.
Obtaining the API Keys
You'll be taken to the Settings/intelliHR section on the Teamtailor application where you can then follow these steps:
① Go to Settings/API Keys and create a new API key

Name: intelliHR

API Scope: Admin

Select: Read

② Log into your intelliHR application at https://yourtenantname.intellihr.net/

Once you've logged in, go to the Settings/Public API Access Keys section.

Click "Create Access Key" (you can name the key Teamtailor for convenience)

Make sure to copy the API key once it's been created and store the key somewhere secure for future reference.
③ Go back to your Teamtailor application, and under Settings/intelliHR, paste the key under "IntelliHR API Key"
④ Return to your intelliHR application one more time and copy the tenant name from your url bar. (E.g. the yourtenantname component of: https://yourtenantname.intellihr.net/)
⑤ Finally, go back to your Teamtailor application and open up the Settings/intelliHR section.

Paste the "tenant" (e.g. yourtenantname) under "IntelliHR Tenant URL"

Set the "Teamtailor API key" to intelliHR: Admin - Read

Click Finish Installation or Update
Your integration with intelliHR is now connected! People data should now begin pushing through to intelliHR from this point on when candidates are hired.
Setting up Workflows & Triggers on Teamtailor
You can set up the intelliHR trigger and send your new hires data automatically to the intelliHR platform with their attached documents when a candidate card reaches the chosen stage.
To add a trigger:

Click on the triggers tab under applications in a chosen Job.

Go to a stage where you want the event to happen.

Click the plus button ✚ to add the trigger.
Now every time you move a candidate to this stage, it will tell the Teamtailor application to send their information to your "People" section on intelliHR.
You will also see the candidates card in Teamtailor now has a status of "sent" under the name intelliHR.
FAQ's
Q: What happens if I activate a trigger without the resume but then want to add a resume after?
A: You will need to add the resume directly to the person's card on the intelliHR app.
Q: Do I need to integrate directly from intelliHR to Teamtailor in addition too integrating with Teamtailor?
A: As long as you already have an account with intelliHR, you only need to complete the integration on Teamtailor.
