As a system administrator of intelliHR you may periodically want to review the support tickets being logged by your team and organization. Once signed in to the intelliHR customer portal you can view all of your organization's support requests (if you have been provided access to view all the support requests for your business). This article explains what is required to view all support requests and how to do this.

What is needed to view all of my organization's support requests?
To view all of the support requests created by members of your organization you will need:
- To be signed in to the intelliHR customer portal (Click here to recap how to do this)
- You must be a System Administrator on the intelliHR platform.
- You will need to request to view all of your organization's support requests from the intelliHR support team at support@intellihr.com
Viewing my organization's support requests
As a system administrator, you can request the ability to view all support requests logged by your organization. Once this level of access has been granted you will be able to see tickets for all members of that organization.
To track your organization's support requests
- Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of any page, and then click My activities.
- Click the Organization Requests link on the My Activities page to see all the requests in your organizations.
The link appears only if you are a system administrator that has been granted visibility of all support requests for the organization.
- To see details about a request, click the request title.
You can add comments to a request if an administrator has set this up.
- Click your profile icon on the upper-right side of any page, and then click My activities.
- Click the Organization Requests link on the My Activities page to see all the requests in your organizations.
The link appears only if you have access to view all support requests from your organization.
- Click Follow.
You will now receive notifications for new and updated requests from any member of your organization.
