Direct Links to My Team Overview

We've made it super easy to link directly to you or your My Team's overview by simply amending the end of the URL (i.e. https://company.intellihr.net/spa/dashboard/team-goals). This also works for all dashboard tiles for your "My Team Overview."

These links to the dashboard tiles are useful in creating streamline processes for leader check ins, compliance checks and goal tracking.

What Pages Can I Link To? 

You can link to commonly used pages from the Dashboard page using the following links, just replace 'company' with your tenant name:

My Team's Outstanding Tasks	https://company.intellihr.net/dashboard/my/tasks/outstanding
My Team's Training Investment	https://company.intellihr.net/spa/dashboard/team-training
My Team's Qualification Compliance	https://company.intellihr.net/spa/compliance/qualifications

Note: Employee Engagement and Performance Enablement customers will have limited functionality using direct links to employee profiles. These tiers will only be able to link to areas that they can view on the employee profile. Strategic HR customers will have full functionality.

What are some Common Uses for this? 

By using the /spa/dashboard shortcut you will automatically be taken directly to your team's overview, this is really useful for sending out forms that ask managers to refer to and check their team's goals or compliance/qualifications which can be sent via a form containing a link to be taken to the dashboard tile.

Another example would be as part of the leader’s check-in form, the relevant links to the team's current goals could be added so managers can quickly access the team and review progress before completing the check-in, making the process more streamlined and efficient. This is also helpful for ensuring your team's goals are being met and compliance is up to date whilst being able to see employees' overall progress.
