Please note that submitting product feedback does not guarantee any changes, however all submissions and feedback are appropriately reviewed on a fortnightly basis. Feedback is primarily evaluated on the level of impact the update could have on all users. Feedback that doesn't have an immediate impact but could definitely help improve our platform, will be tracked on a continual basis. As more feedback with similar themes is provided, these are grouped together to demonstrate the growing impact of investing in that area.

What does strong product feedback look like?
Strong product feedback clearly outlines either the current perceived problem or what the ultimate goal is and your perceived solution. This is best described in your words to provide context around why this change would be helpful (ex. how will it improve your daily work and processes?)
Our goal is to gain a better understanding of the customer experience, so we can identify areas for improvement. Therefore, strong product feedback is solution focused. We don't expect you to know all the answers, but feel free to get creative with suggestions on what you think would work.
