Your intelliHR login credentials are the details you will use to log in to intelliHR if your business is not using Single-Sign-On.  Your intelliHR account includes personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information.  It is important that you keep your login credentials secure and that you take advantage of the security features within intelliHR.

Best practices for maximising the security of your intelliHR credentials

• Don’t share your intelliHR credentials with other people, even family members. (You can use the forgotten password link to help you regain access to your account if you ever get locked out.)

• Don’t provide your password, verification codes, recovery key, or any other account security details to anyone else. intelliHR will never ask you for this information.

• Don’t use your intelliHR password with other online accounts.

• When using a public computer, always sign out when your session is complete to prevent other people from accessing your account.

• Let multi-factor authentication protect your account. Users can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) as a second form of authentication to increase the level of security when accessing the intelliHR platform. See this guide to set MFA up on your account.

Note: intelliHR will never send you unprompted emails asking you to reset your password.
