etrainu: Native Integration with intelliHR and How it Works

With over 15 years in the business, etrainu is here for the long term. After being the first ever eLearning company to build the online RSA in QLD, etrainu has since led the way in a multitude of online training solutions for both domestic and international customers of various sizes.

etrainu has built a native integration that is available for users of etrainu and intelliHR. Via the integration, intelliHR can consume completed training records/modules/courses and store these on a learner's profile in intelliHR. In return, etrainu can consume new employee information when new employees are added in intelliHR.

What can it do?

✅ Once connected, as employees complete assigned training modules in etrainu, the associated training data will be pushed across to intelliHR and new training records will be created on the users intelliHR profile. 

✅ The data that can be brought across from the etrainu training record into the completed training record in intelliHR includes the fields listed in the Data Flow & Mapping section below. 

✅ The integration also supports user creation from intelliHR to etrainu via a nightly sync. This means that employees created in intelliHR will automically be created in etrainu at the end of each day. The fields supported in this push are also listed out in the Data Flow & Mapping section below. 

⚠️ Note: To push training data from etrainu to intelliHR employees must use the same primary email in both platforms and also have an active job in intelliHR.

• Where "Data not synchronised" is denoted; this means that the etrainu and intelliHR fields specified do not currently push/pull to each other at this point in time.
• Where "Real time push via API" is denoted; this means that the data field is pushed from etrainu to intelliHR (push) immediately in real-time. 
• Where "Batch pull by LMS (nightly)" is denoted; this means that the data field is only synchronised in bulk once per day (overnight) from intelliHR to etrainu (pull). It won't update immediately in real-time. 
• Where "Manually created by etrainu" is denoted; this means that upon setting up the integration a member of etrainu's support team will need to manually sync up the reporting and organisational hierarchical fields to ensure the structure in etrainu matches the structure in intelliHR.

Connection & Set-up

This integration is available for customers of etrainu and intelliHR.

It takes the developer team at etrainu approximately 2 working days to set up the integration per customer as they tailor it for how the customer has their intelliHR account set up (organisational and reporting structure). This is then what drives the hierarchy in their etrainu LMS. There is a once-off fee associated with this.
