Some small-but-nifty improvements to control and convenience have recently made their way into your intelliHR platform. In fact, some are pretty significant so we've listed them below.
Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.
Enhancements
- Archive (and unarchive!) Form Designs - A greatly requested feature. Users now have the ability to archive form designs for better organisation.
- Contract Templates Customisation - More customisation options for creating Contracts are here. Template Variables, font options, and a HTML view of the template are all brand new features added.
- Pay Grade Page Enhancements - The Pay Grades page in settings has been improved to facilitate linkage between remuneration, employment conditions, and pay grades.
- Pay Grade Bulk Data Tool - The ability to bulk assign / manage Pay Grades.
Bug Fixes
- When creating a new job the Base Annual Salary field would be greyed out if a Pay Grade had already been selected. This has been fixed.
- Training Scheduled Completion Date Upcoming Global Notification updated to fire at start of day rather than at midnight.
- Updates to Custom Fields in the Jobs tab would not reflect in the user's Job Timeline. This has been fixed.
- The delete button for attachments added into a Qualification was not functioning. This has been fixed.
