Some small-but-nifty improvements to control and convenience have recently made their way into your intelliHR platform. In fact, some are pretty significant so we've listed them below.
Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.
New Features
- Global Notifications Event "Job Anniversary" - You are now able to set up platform notifications based on an employee’s work anniversary.
Enhancements
- Contracts Feature now supports the ability to enforce a Signing Order
- Support Sentiment Analysis Tool for Anonymous Form Data Analytics
- Response to People Dropdown Fields in Forms will now display in Analytics
- The ability to disable custom field single select/multi-select options has been added
- Custom fields can now be associated with address, emails and phone numbers
- A refresh and upgrade to your Training Investment Analytics

- Recurring Pulses Reset function - You now have the ability to reset the next pulse date and frequency of a scheduled pulse.
- Workflow Schedule and new Scheduled Tasks pages will no longer bake the respondents into upcoming forms
Change Log
- Completion receipt emails were not displaying the name of employees when they were selected as a part of the People Dropdown field; this has now been fixed and all fields will pull into the completion receipt email.
- Forms that included the People Dropdown field type would cause an error when viewed side-by-side with another form; this has now been resolved.
- Xero integration users selecting a specific tax scale against a foreign resident in the Xero onboarding form received an error, this now works correctly.
- Editing and deleting Job history related to custom fields was prompting an error. This has now been resolved and editing and deleting these additional details will perform as expected.
- A UI issue where qualifications Expiring Soon would display as expired has now been fixed, and should reflect correctly.
