Some small-but-nifty improvements to control and convenience have recently made their way into your intelliHR platform. In fact, some are pretty significant so we've listed them below.

Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.

Enhancements

  • Form Data Analysis now supports the people dropdown field and will display a list instead of a word cloud. 
  • Recurring Pulses can now have their send date / time / frequency edited. You no longer have to delete a recurring pulse and re-add it.
  • Anonymous Form Data Analytics now supports the ability to export the raw form data (without revealing any identifiable data)
  • Public API Updates - Qualifications Instances are now available on the Public API for the following actions (See API usage info here)
    • Creating Qualification Instances.
    • Updated Existing Qualification Instances.
    • Deleted Existing Qualification Instances.

Coming soon!

  • Contracts will be able to be signed without a user account.

Change Log

  • Resolved an issue with the Xero Integration where setup by a user account without the correct permissions would cause the integration to fail silently.
  • Fixed Job custom fields appearing on the Timeline but not on the Current tab.
  • Fixed Person Profile Training view crashing if user did not have REM permissions.
  • Fixed Different job end dates shown on timeline and current.
  • Investigated and fixed caching issue on Add Address page - doesn't always show address custom fields.
  • Resolved employment condition being cleared when doing a Remuneration Bulk Import.
