Some small-but-nifty improvements to control and convenience have recently made their way into your intelliHR platform. In fact, some are pretty significant so we've listed them below.

Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.

New Features

• Probation End Date - Employee job's now display the Probation End Date date field which can be edited to display the end date of an employee's probation period with the company.
• Audit Log Updates - You can now search the audit log for Global Notification events so you can track changes made to Global Notification you've created, there is also a date range filter to narrow down your searches.
• Contracts can now be signed without a User Account

Enhancements

• Added new Print button to Contracts area which allows for saving as PDFs or for printing.
• New Global Notification Event Types:
  
  • Job Created Notification 
  • Job Update Scheduled Event 
  • Job End date Finalise Event

Change Log

• Issues with job changes that were made on the first day of a job have been resolved.
• Issues with being unable to remove all Job Requirements have been resolved.
• Removed Additional custom fields that are not supposed to be there - Employee Notice Period
• Fixed bug of missing details in email body of new mandatory qualification notification
• Improved List All Qualification Compliance Overview report query performance
• Resolved issue where attempting to Print a Performance Report would prompt to print a large number of blank pages
• Issues with Job Ended Events not firing for jobs ended in the past has been resolved.
