Employee ID and Job ID

There are various functions within intelliHR that require the use and cataloguing of Employee ID and Job ID. This article will outline what they are and where they can be found.

Employee ID

The employee ID can be found in the URL when on the employee's Profile page. It will look something like this:

It is the last part of the URL after people/

Job ID

Similarly, the Job ID can be found in the URL when navigating to the user's Job tab.

Note: Double Check you are in the subject's Job tab when looking for this. It will come after the people ID in the URL.

Use Cases

These are primarily used for Data Import/Export imports. When updating any sort of people data, Job ID is a required field for updating Jobs and Trainings.

When viewing the Audit Log, the people ID is a frequent source of data this is displayed.
