Some small-but-nifty improvements to control and convenience have recently made their way into your intelliHR platform. In fact, some are pretty significant so we've listed them below.

Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.

New Features

  • Compensation Planning - Gives managers and SLT the ability to create compensation plans for their employees and share these with colleagues. These plans do not alter salary but are a method of visual planning.
  • Workforce Planning - This exciting new feature allows your business to organise a corporate structure related to "Roles" that need to be filled. It's a great way to visualise the workforce needs of your business.

Coming Soon

  • Form Instance Data in Audit Log - From Instance Data will be an event type that is recorded in the audit log. See when forms are assigned, completed, or deleted; on what date, and by whom.
  • Qualification Expiry Priority - Qualification Library Items will have expiry timeframes that will be configurable. These will be utilised by Global Notifications, so that qualification expiry can notify anyone in the business.

Change Log

  • Fixed bug with Notification Location Representatives causing too many notifications to be sent.
  • Fixed Remuneration Change Event Merge Field in Global Notifications pulling in incorrect data.
  • Fixed error message when trying to update salary in Job History.
  • Fixed Job Requirements still showing as non-compliant when it was successfully renewed.
  • Fixed aw snap error in training tab on some tenants.
