Some small-but-nifty improvements to control and convenience have recently made their way into your intelliHR platform. In fact, some are pretty significant so we've listed them below.
Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.
New Features
- Job Update Approvals - intelliHR's Job Approvals feature provides the ability for HR admins to facilitate the delegation of job data management while also creating a process that is standardized and ensures accuracy. Through the job approval function, admins can create an approval workflow that ensures all job updates can be made by managers but approved by the relevant people prior to any changes coming into effect on the employee record.

- Talent Planning- Succession Planning, Performance vs Potential Charting, 9 box grid, however, you want to term it; intelliHR will shortly be introducing a new survey backed by best practices to analyze employee potential that when combined with your performance data can quickly help you visualize those team members primed for the next step in their career and those with untapped potential.
Change Log
- An issue with the “Effective To” date on contracts not displaying correctly has now been resolved to ensure this is correct every time.
