Some small-but-nifty improvements to control and convenience have recently made their way into your intelliHR platform. In fact, some are pretty significant so we've listed them below.
Some of these you might have noticed, others will be a great surprise. These enhancements are often directly influenced by customer feedback, YOUR feedback, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and how you use it.
New Features

Job Updates Approval Page - A dedicated page for managing Job Approvals will be available in the Organisation tab. Details such as the subject, the approver, and the update reason will be easily visible.
Enhancements
- Task Compliance and Form Data Analytics now support intelliHR ID and Employee ID columns
- Form attachments are now subject to document folder permissions.
Change Log
All issues Below have been fixed
- Base Hourly rate was being reverted back to previous value after a Bulk Import.
- Data Imports were returning an error when pay grades had a null value at any point in their timeline.
- Remuneration values weren’t adhering to the decimal placing settings configured in system settings.
- Contracts Page was crashing for certain tenants.
- Some scheduled forms that were previously in the “Upcoming” section before the update were temporarily hidden.
- Selecting the email address type as “Default” when changing the scheduled form settings was returning an error.
