We also offer a number of integrations with other systems such as learning management systems (LMS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS). This article will cover how to configure custom LMS and ATS Widgets in intelliHR that link out to their respective third party systems enhancing the ability of intelliHR to be the key system for your end users and one from which they can quickly navigate to your other systems directly from the homepage.

How to Enable ATS Navigation Links
1. Navigate to Settings >> System Settings.
2. Scroll all the way down to Applicant Tracking System (Just above where you configure company logos)
3. Tick the box to enable it in the system.
4. Provide the name of your ATS (or the name that your end users know it by) in the ATS link name field.
5. Provide the ATS link URL in the final field.
What Links Can Be Used?
Any and all URL's can be used. It’s similar to a dashboard tile in this way.
Where it differs from a dashboard tile is that:
1. The icon used will be locked to a little human.
2. It will exclusively appear as a regular site navigation icon under People
While any links can be configured into this button, we highly recommend only using this for it’s intended purpose of being a link to you organisation’s Applicant Tracking System.
It’s placement as a regular site navigation tool is meant to distinguish itself from everything else that can be configured as a dashbaord tile.
How to Enable LMS Navigation Links
1. Navigate to Settings >> System Settings.
2. Scroll to Learning Management System
3. Tick the box to enable it in the system.
4. Provide the name of your LMS (or the name that your end users know it by) in the LMS link name field.
5. Provide the LMS link URL in the final field.
What Links Can Be Used?
