intelliHR has built a custom integration layer that is available for users of HR3 & intelliHR to utilize. This integration streamlines the data synchronization process from intelliHR to HR3, ensuring seamless employee onboarding and automatic updates to employee profiles in HR3.

What can the integration do?

✅ Automated Employee Onboarding: When an employee is created in intelliHR, a new employee is inserted in HR3 onboard.

✅ Automated Employee Profile Updates: When a job or person is updated in intelliHR, an employee is updated in HR3.

✅ Automated Employee Termination: When a company end date is finalized in intelliHR, a termination is inserted in HR3.

Flow of Events

1. Form Completed in intelliHR: This action detects when a form is completed within the intelliHR platform and triggers the integration for employee onboarding in HR3 .
2. Search For a Pay Period in HR3: This action searches for a specific pay period within the HR3 platform.
3. Create Employee in HR3: This action generates a new employee profile using the information provided from the form in intelliHR and uploads the employee data to the HR3 platform.

Connection & Set-up Costs

Steps required to connect the integration and the costs associated are quoted on a case-by-case basis as this integration is facilitated by intelliHR on our custom integration layer.

intelliHR will provide a quote that factors in some of the following activities to ensure that the integration is sustainable for each client.

• Authentication Testing: Requires Username, Password and API Key  which are used to retrieve a cm_key
• Field Mapping: As per the section above; ensuring all fie6lds are mapped correctly between HR3 and intelliHR.
• Pre-Deployment & Post-Deployment Consultations: This includes testing the integration with the client to identify use cases and field mapping requirements.
• Deployment: The end-to-end building of the complete integration/automation process.
• Housing & Maintenance: Which party will be hosting the integration (intelliHR vs. Client)? What effort will be required to troubleshoot and maintain the integration long-term?
