In case you missed it - 2nd April, 2024

All of the new features and improvements we are making over here at Humanforce and intelliHR, summarised for you! Some of these you might have noticed already, others might come as a surprise. These enhancements are often driven by your feedback from using the product, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and our features and how you are using it. 

Our change logs will include both new features, improvements to existing features or bug fixes. We'll also at times give you a sneak peak for an upcoming release, so make sure you keep checking back!

Change Log

• Swapping between tabs on our Contracts Compliance list page removed the rejected menu option. Rest assured, you shall be able to see rejected contracts again! 
• For your new starters on their first day, the 'upcoming' status pill was still showing. Now, no longer. Can 100% confirm they have started today (hopefully)
• When you updated your display name format preference via System Settings (such as Preferred-or-First-Last) you weren't able to search the first name in the top navigation bar. We've fixed this, so whether it's Dave, Davey or David, they will appear!
• The permission contract.manage#subordinates applied allows you to see Contracts on the navigation bar
• Permission contracts.manage now allows you to reject a contract on the Contract Compliance list page, which is intended behaviour in line with both System Administrators permission groups and anyone with people.contracts.manage#subordinate permissions (they should never have been split - sorry about that)! 
• If you are an early user of the new onboarding process, thank you for helping us find some bugs. We've fixed up all of the reported ones so far, but please continue to send through any issues and/or feedback you have regarding the new onboarding templates!

• A brand new way users can onboard into the intelliHR platform, including a unique experience for new employees to provide their personal details (including any custom fields you require) prior to their first day.
