In case you missed it - 15th April, 2024

All of the new features and improvements we are making over here at Humanforce and intelliHR, summarised for you! Some of these you might have noticed already, others might come as a surprise. These enhancements are often driven by your feedback from using the product, so keep letting us know what you think about the platform and our features and how you are using it. 

Our change logs will include both new features, improvements to existing features or bug fixes. We'll also at times give you a sneak peak for an upcoming release, so make sure you keep checking back!

Change Log

New Feature Update

• Email Log: We send out a lot of emails for a range of different reasons (like pulses or notifications), so we've improved how you can track the status of these emails and why they may have failed to send! We've added in a new area in the iHR platform where you can see a list of emails that have been suppressed, the related users associated with them, ability to un-suppress emails and ability to click through and edit any known bad emails.
• Delegated Access: We've updated the instructions on your Delegated Access page. We love instructions here, and hopefully these new ones will make more sense.
• Contracts: The contracts page is now paginated. What's pagination mean? The page will load 10x faster because of how the data will now be displayed over multiple pages instead of loading all on the single page. Check it out, see if pagination is for you!

Bugs Exterminated

• People Calendar: Previous jobs were showing on the people calendar under the birthdays and anniversaries. Fixed and removed! 
• Dashboard Self-Service Tiles: Those of you using hidden self-service tiles in forms, these are now accessible again. 
• Pay Grades: Pay Grades can now be disabled if they have pay steps configured in them. Why couldn't they before? We can't tell you. But trust us this is the outcome we wanted.
• Qualification Comments: Qualification comments weren't sending by email, which we guess was not great. So we changed that! 
• Onboarding Feature: General bug fixes across the onboarding feature that our Beta users have been reporting, thank you. You are the real MVPs!

• We teased the new onboarding experience within intelliHR last Customer Roadmap session, and also mentioned a few cheeky new features we're adding onto it! Keep your eyes out for qualifications upload and adding your own 'help' text onto your onboarding templates coming soon.
