intelliHR has built a custom integration layer that is available for users of BridgeLMS & intelliHR to utilize. The integration streamlines the person creation process in BridgeLMS and creates a new training in intelliHR when a course is completed in BridgeLMS.

What can the integration do?
✅ Automated New Person Creation: Creates a new Person in BridgeLMS when a new person is created in intelliHR.
✅ Automated Person Updates: When a user is updated in intelliHR, a user is created or updated in Bridge LMS
✅ Automated Training: Creates new training in intelliHR when a course is completed in BridgeLMS.
✅ Automated Off-boarding: When a user is deactivated or deleted in intelliHR, a user is deleted in Bridge LMS
Flow of Events
- Person created in intelliHR: This action involves adding a new individual to the intelliHR platform, typically an employee or user, with their associated details.
- Person created in BridgeLMS: When a person is created in intelliHR this action adds a new person, to the BridgeLMS platform, including relevant information mapped from intelliHR.
- Course completed in BridgeLMS: This action marks a course as completed within the BridgeLMS platform, indicating that a user has finished all required modules or assessments.
- Training created in intelliHR: This action adds and marks a training program or module within the intelliHR platform as completed.

Connection & Set-up Costs
Steps required to connect the integration and the costs associated are quoted on a case-by-case basis as this integration is facilitated by intelliHR on our custom integration layer.
intelliHR will provide a quote that factors in some of the following activities to ensure that the integration is sustainable for each client.
- Authentication Testing: 64 Bit encoded API Key. Technically Basic Auth using an API key as username with no password.
- Field Mapping: As per the section above; ensuring all fields are mapped correctly between BridgeLMS and intelliHR.
- Pre-Deployment & Post-Deployment Consultations: This includes testing the integration with the client to identify use cases and field mapping requirements.
- Deployment: The end-to-end building of the complete integration/automation process.
- Housing & Maintenance: Which party will be hosting the integration (intelliHR vs. Client)? What effort will be required to troubleshoot and maintain the integration long-term?
