intelliHR has built a custom integration layer that is available for users of Adobe Learning Manager and intelliHR. This custom integration allows for the automation of user creation in Adobe Learning Manager when a job record is created in intelliHR.

What can the integration do?

✅ Automated Person Update Workflow: Create Users in Adobe Learning Manager when a new job is added in intelliHR. (Assuming the user doesn't already exist in Adobe Learning Manager).

✅ Automated Person Update Workflow: When a person is updated in intelliHR, a person is updated in Adobe Learning Manager.

✅ Automated user deletion: When a job ends in intelliHR, a user is deleted in Adobe Learning Manager.

Flow of Events

Create & Update User

1. Trigger: New Job is added in intelliHR. 

2. Action: The associated Person in intelliHR is found based on the new job created.

3. Action: Find or Create a new User in Adobe Learning Manager

As a starting point, you must include the required fields from the "Data Mapping" table below to ensure a successful push to Adobe Learning Manager.

Delete User

Triggers when a job ends in intelliHR.

1. A matching employee is found in Adobe by employee number.

2. An employee is deleted in Adobe.

No fields are sent during deletion.

Connection & Set-up Costs

Steps required to connect the integration and the costs associated are quoted on a case-by-case basis as this integration is facilitated by intelliHR on our custom integration layer.

intelliHR will provide a quote that factors in some of the following activities to ensure that the integration is sustainable for each client.

• Authentication Testing: Requires the client to retrieve a Client Id, Client Secret, Instance, and Data Centre
• Field Mapping: As per the section above; ensuring all fields are mapped correctly between Adobe Learning Manager and intelliHR.
• Pre-Deployment & Post-Deployment Consultations: This includes testing the integration with the client to identify use cases and field mapping requirements.
• Deployment: The end-to-end building of the complete integration/automation process.
• Housing & Maintenance: Which party will be hosting the integration (intelliHR vs. Client)? What effort will be required to troubleshoot and maintain the integration long-term?
